Leah attended Columbus State Community College and studied Office Administration. She is also a 2009 graduate of Creative Images Cosmetology School and is a licensed esthetician and nail tech (we think Elizabeth hired her in hopes of free pedicures). In her free time, Leah enjoys baking cupcakes, attending concerts and bicycling. Leah is also a tattoo aficionado and visits her tattoo artist on a weekly basis! She also keeps a framed picture of Mick Jagger on her desk and intends to marry him some day.

Elizabeth helped launch INSIGNIA in 2003, and has been on board since the company was in it’s infancy. Elizabeth’s formal education in marketing and communications has been a tremendous help in growing both INSIGNIA’s and our clients’ businesses. Elizabeth is always available to help customers make difficult decisions about ways to expose their business through signage and display graphics. Elizabeth devotes a great portion of her time to several area non-profit organizations. Her favorite pastime is napping.

Michael Riley, project manager

Active in the sign industry since 1996, our unphotogenic fearless leader initially brought INSIGNIA to life in 2003. With education and training in graphic design and more than 14 years of hands on experience in nearly all aspects of the graphics world, Michael has the knowledge to effectively see your project through all stages from the initial concept to the final installation. In his spare time, Michael enjoys spending time on his boat or relaxing with his cat Olive.

Our former intern, Desiree recently graduated from Sinclair Community College with an Associate’s Degree in Graphic Design and has joined INSIGNIA as our graphic designer. On the weekends you’ll spot her listening to bands and eating good food with her boyfriend, Eric (the couple are self-proclaimed food critics). If you lose your dog, she’ll bring him back home for you if she doesn’t decide to keep it.

Chip at InsigniaChip Heck, production manager

Always the artist, Chip chose to study graphic design in school and obtained his Associate degree from Sinclair Community College in 2004. With more than 3 years experience in the sign and graphics industry, Chip is a vital part of the production process at INSIGNIA. In his free time, Chip is a guitarist in 2 local bands. He also enjoys recording music and hiking in Yellow Springs. If you visit the INSIGNIA office on Fridays you might catch Chip rocking a mohawk!

Jessica at InsigniaJessica Oram, production

Jessica recently transitioned from our front office to the production department. She graduated from Wright State University in 2009 with a Bachelor’s in Fine Art, Photography degree, so often times she assists us on photography projects for clients. In her free time, Jessica (a self proclaimed “crazy cat lady”) is amused by making clothes for her three cats, eating bacon or bicycling around Southwest Ohio on her fixed-gear Fuji.
